GEOGRAPHY: Peru is the fourth largest country in Latin America in comparison to Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. The country is divided into three main geographic areas or regions: Coast, Highlands and tropical Jungle area.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Valid Passport is required. While on the plane tourism cards will be handed out and will be needed to exit the country. Some countries do require a visa to enter Peru it is asked that you consultate the nearest peruvian consulate.

PERUVIAN CUISINE: Peruvian cuisine has a variety of delicious specialties. Some of the most delicious specialties is our seafood. Peru’s most well known seafood platter is called “ceviche”. Others well-known Peruvian specialties are “aji de gallina”, cau cau, carapulcra, arroz con pollo, papa a la huancaina, tamales y anti- cuchos. On the sweet side of peruvian cuisine are well known specialties such as; turron de doña pepa, arroz con leche, suspiro a la limeña y picarones.
Our most typical cocktail is Pisco Sour, which is based on Pisco (very strong liquor based on grape).
